I'm really disappointed with the service on this platform. They deleted all my saved documents without telling me and now I can't get them back. I lost hours of work and it's so frustrating. I recommend not using this platform.

The writing platform was a total letdown. The document software was full of bugs and kept messing things up, making me waste so much time getting frustrated. It would randomly delete words, tell me words were spelled wrong when they weren't, and add weird gaps everywhere. It was a nightmare trying to write anything on there. On top of that, the jobs section was basically useless with links to other sites like Indeed that I could have easily found on my own for free. The site's DM communication was practically non-existent for four whole days, so I felt totally abandoned and alone. Their lack of response showed me they didn't have much to offer and made me doubt if the platform was even legit. The only good thing was they did give me my money back like they promised, but it didn't make up for the overall terrible experience.

This app is fantastic for my business! It's really professional, easy to use, and works like a charm. I would definitely suggest it to anyone who wants to offer writing services at a high standard.

I was really bummed when I discovered that I can't upload files to my portfolio or export any of my work. I contacted customer support to see if they could help, but they told me that this feature isn't an option right now. It just doesn't make sense for a platform that's supposed to show off your work not to have simple import/export functions. It's been a real pain for me because now I have to manually move all my articles to a different platform.
