2 years later ... I am still auto-ordering Vuze VPN, which I cancelled repeatedly. Thank god my credit card was changed and no longer works. It is easy to cancel now, at least, however, I would like to turn off the auto-renew feature or just delete myself from their database forever, but their bot-only service does not present that option,
