One-time buy that actually pays off
One-time buy that actually pays off
PriceHalfway through merging a messy pile of invoices I realized this thing actually moves—no lag, tools respond instantly and the drag handles feel solid. I was half-skeptical since Adobe felt bloated for me, but the interface here just clicks; adjusting backgrounds and displays is straightforward and kind of fun. The lifetime licence is the cherry — no monthly nagging. Been burned before by subscription stuff, so this felt like a small relief.

ReliabilityI use it more than I expected — it just does what I need without fuss. I first ran into it back in university (some student recommended it in the computer lab) and then forgot about it for a bit when work got busy. Came back to it recently and was a bit surprised — my old licence still worked, and the app feels more solid now. It’s simple across my phone, tablet and desktop, which matters because I bounce between Android, macOS and Windows all day. The interface isn’t showy; it’s neat and quick to get around, and the editing and export tools are proper, not half-baked. I’ve recommended it to a few coworkers and even to a friend teaching high school — they liked it too, which I didn’t expect. Not perfect, but reliable, straightforward, and low-drama, which is exactly the kind of tool I want.
Finally ditched Adobe

PriceHalfway through a long edit I caught myself not missing Adobe at all. I moved most of my devices to UPDF and the lifetime licence I grabbed saved me a few hundred bucks compared to Adobe Pro. It feels pretty responsive on my laptop, the editing and signing tools are straightforward and creating new PDFs is easy enough. Not flawless — some input fields act weird sometimes, and the interface took a bit to click for me, I mean I had to hunt a couple things down — but once you get used to it it’s a solid, cheaper switch.
Small but mighty PDF buddy

App & Portalthere’s no PKI/certificate-based digital signing yet, and for some formal contracts that’s a real missing piece — would love it as a proper stamped signature. Still, solid value, easy to use, and the little extras make daily life smoother. Using it on desktop and laptop works fine, and support seemed responsive when I asked a question.
Quietly reliable, especially for Thai OCR
Quietly reliable, especially for Thai OCR
Reliabilityit's fast, lightweight and the Thai OCR surprised me in a good way — way better than I expected compared to Adobe, which is weird but true. I started using it back at version 1.8 and upgraded to 2.0.9; the early days had some annoying stuff like slow font loading and edited text sometimes vanishing because of layer issues, but most of that seems fixed now. Editing feels smoother, fonts behave, and the odd problem I reported with Thai vowel rendering was addressed by the devs reasonably quickly — that responsiveness really sold me. It's not perfect, there are little rough edges, and sometimes I catch a tiny display glitch, but nothing that breaks my workflow. I use it mainly for scanned docs and multi-language edits, so the OCR strength is the deciding factor for me. I tipped my teammate about it last month and they liked it too; we both appreciate that it launches quickly and doesn't hog memory like other editors. Price is fair for what you get, and their support actually follows up, which is rare. Overall: reliable, improving, and practical — if you work with Thai text, try it, and if you don’t, it still feels snappy and solid enough to recommend.
