ComplaintsI wasn't keen to sign up — had a scare with malware last year so I thought a subscription might stop future headaches, but I was pretty skeptical. I joined, then cancelled after they took two payments; they sent one back and I felt okay, crisis avoided. Then a few weeks later they pulled about $129 from my account with no warning. I'm a pensioner on a tight income, so that really hurt. They've fixed one mistake which I’m grateful for, but they're still holding the rest and customer service has been slow with no real apology. Relief mixed with frustration, honestly.
