ComplaintsI just bought an SSL certificate from this website and honestly, it was a pretty bad experience. Getting or reissuing certificates on their site was a real pain, I felt super frustrated. The customer support was basically non-existent, I was left totally stranded with no assistance. When I look at Cheapssl, they seem to have way better service and support. Overall, I wouldn't suggest this website at all if you're looking to buy SSL certificates.
