ComplaintsI just wanted to share my recent experience with this service. I bought a single report and I was really let down by the whole thing. The way the website is set up, it makes you think you're just getting the one report, but then suddenly you're signed up for a subscription without even realizing it. There's no heads-up before they charge your card, and there's no way to get your money back. I recommend steering clear of this company to prevent getting in a similar situation.
