I bought a report about someone not long ago, and was happy with all the info it gave me. But, I didn't know that by getting the report, I actually signed up for a pricier subscription without realizing it. I got in touch with customer service and they got back to me quick. I told them what happened, and thankfully, they agreed to give me all my money back since I didn't even use the subscription perks, just the first report. I'm really happy with how everything got sorted out and the great customer service I received.

I was just browsing online when I came across a listing that said my son, who I haven't talked to in ten years, was living in my house and using my phone number. It was a shock to see this, and it made me feel worried about my privacy and security. I reached out to customer service to get the listing taken down, and they were really helpful in showing me how to do it. It was a wake-up call for me about how much personal information is out there on the internet.

I gotta say, the customer service I got was amazing. They answered my questions super fast and were really helpful the whole time. It's nice to see a company that really cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to give great service.
