TimingI’m not ordering from them again — they promise quick samples and didn’t deliver. I placed an order mid-week because I needed a few paint chips for a small reno and the site clearly said 1–3 days, so I paid for FedEx (around $9) to speed it up. It’s well past that window and still nothing, which meant lost time and an extra trip to the hardware store to pick up sample pots. First impression of the site was professional, so I took the risk, but the delivery miss really soured it. I can’t comment on the paint quality since I never saw it, but charging for faster shipping and not meeting the timeframe feels like poor service. Bit annoying and inconvenient — not angry, just disappointed and done trying until they prove reliable.
