App & Portalthe confirmation email didn't show a tracking number, just a link that forces you to download the Shop app. Tried customer service and got generic auto-replies, no human to ask. That part was annoying and felt like extra work, I won't lie. Still, despite the hiccup the parcel arrived on time again, so in the end I'm cautiously satisfied. Would use again but expect some digging if you want updates.
