ServiceCoffee-stained morning and they still managed to call back the same day — weirdly comforting. Jake talked me through the whole refinance like he’d done it in his sleep, really calm and patient, and Kyrie popped in to sort the paperwork a few times. There was one bit of back-and-forth about a document, so it wasn’t flawless, but overall it felt easy and human, not robotic. If you’re thinking about refinancing, have your statements ready and don’t be shy to ask silly questions — they actually answer them.
