I saw it on a friend's post and was unsure. Photos looked good but I hesitated. Ordered anyway. Colours match the site and quality is solid. Had to return one piece. Ctt return points were closed or gone. Took several tries to send it back. Not perfect, but works.

I grabbed a sweater for my daily commute during Black Friday — showed 20% off, then days later they told me it was “unavailable” while the same piece was back at full price. Customer service didn’t reply to my message. Fit was decent, too, but the whole ordering felt sketchy.

I remember putting a blouse in the washing machine and waiting, thinking this might be the test. It came out fine — actually, it was fine, well, mostly fine — and that’s the moment I felt satisfied, weirdly. I’ve ordered their patterned pieces before and liked them, so this felt important. Still, many other items showed loose seams, buttons off after a wash and thinner fabric. Prices climbed too; hope they fix stitching.

Pulled the box onto my lap after work and that first sniff of new leather — nice. Shoes felt soft immediately, clothes have weighty, comfy fabric. Been buying from them a few times; this was my third order and their new app made checkout quick. One sleeve was a touch long, but overall great feel and easy to wear daily.

I opened the box late September while throwing things in a suitcase for a wedding and my first thought was that the velvet is actually nice to touch — soft, a bit plush. Inner sole felt ok, so with a quick repair they'd probably work, but still, not ideal and a bit frustrating.

lightweight, soft against the skin, easy to move in for errands and the odd coffee meet-up. It did need a small tweak — one side wasn't perfectly even — but that was minor and fixed at the tailor. Initially annoyed, but overall pretty pleased with the wearability.

I ordered because my commute had been murder on my old jacket and my aching lower back needed better support (silly, but true). Before buying I worried about hidden fees and international returns — the website felt vague. After a few tense minutes of reading and a short chat with support (not perfect, but helpful enough), the picture cleared up. Yes, there were small charges if you return, and you should read the rules, but the coat fits, warms my back, and I’m actually relieved. Glad I took the chance.
