PriceThis software seems to offer so many cool features and functions, but once you start using it, things get complicated. The free version doesn't offer much, and they're always bugging you to buy the full version. Plus, it's a pain to uninstall the software if you decide it's not right for you.

PriceI was totally caught off guard when I saw a charge for an annual subscription to the service, all because I only used it once to send some photos as a PDF. There was no mention at all of a subscription or an annual fee when I was using the service. I have no idea how I somehow agreed to something that I didn’t even know about. It would have been a lot better if they had the subscription info laid out clearly before I used the service.
