Still reliable after a scare
Still reliable after a scare
ServiceI'm still using Pagely and I'm satisfied. Right in the middle of an attack on one of our company sites I started seeing intermittent 503 timeouts and knew something was off. I opened chat with the subject line about the 503s and within a minute Kevin popped in, shared links to the logs, identified the abusive IP and asked if we wanted a server-level block. I said yes, they put the block in place within minutes and the site smoothed out almost immediately. It's a small episode but representative: steady hosting, quick and competent human support, zero hand-waving. Would be nice if pricing were a bit clearer up front, but that didn't change the relief of having someone who actually fixes the problem. I recommend them, especially if you value low-stress ops.
