App & PortalIt actually worked out in the end, though I almost gave up. The site kept saying cashback available but wouldn't let me log in to claim it — customer support told me I didn't need to, yet the cashback page wanted my main account and then a bunch of authentication codes and phrases I never received. Bit of a circus, I've had worse from other companies, so I'm grateful it resolved after poking around and waiting.
