ServiceI wouldn’t go back. I owned up to my mistake but they were rigid and pretty useless, kept missing the point. Wish they were more flexible and helpful for what I needed.

App & PortalI almost didn't sign up — I had doubts about moving our DNS and worried about downtime for my online shop. Support and the control panel confused me; docs told me to 'click CHANGE' but the button said 'Configure', so yeah, not great. They did let me park the domain and that part worked, surprised me. Still, fees, language issues left me wary.

ReliabilityI found it because a coworker suggested the deal. Buying was fine but moving the domain out turned into a circus — they asked for a signature to Poland and forced $20 year, then $50 renewal. It went offline for days. The moment I was satisfied was when, after three rough days and a couple tired support replies, the site finally loaded. Still clunky but usable.

Pricedomains have to be handled through netart.com, or you need their Anycast add-on (free year, then €25/year). I missed that little footnote buried in the footer — classic. Registration needed an ID scan (they ask in one of many emails), I sent it, support replied and after about 12 hours the server was live. Delivery was slower than the instant spin-up I’m used to with other hosts, but the person on the other end was helpful and actually followed up, which I appreciated. So yeah, customer service redeemed a clunky process. Price transparency could be way better, and the domain costs can sneak up on you (a .com can end up pricey), but the tech actually works and the rep answered my dumb follow-up questions without rolling their eyes. Not a perfect experience, but I’m relieved it ran in the end — and slightly wiser for my next order.
