My experience with this company was really disappointing. I thought I was going to get a good monitoring software, but it was a total flop. Even though I tried to fix the problems, the software just wouldn't work. When I asked for my money back, they said no and didn't offer any real solutions. They totally ignored my rights as a customer to get a refund for a product that doesn't work. This kind of behavior is just not okay, it feels like a scam. I suggest staying away from this company and finding a more reliable option with good customer service and a fair refund policy.

I was really let down by the services of this company. The app or service they offered didn't work like they said it would. They claimed you could monitor text messages and social media from any web browser, but that wasn't true. Instead, they told us to use AnyTrans, which didn't even need the services from this company. It seemed like they were trying to trick people into buying their services with false promises. When I talked to customer service about it, they just gave a weak response, with a generic apology for not updating their website.

Total rip-off! They snuck in an extra fee on my account without asking and wouldn't give me my money back. Stay away unless you want to get scammed.

I was really looking forward to trying out the best option for my child's first phone, you know, for safety. But, things took a bad turn real quick when I found out that I had to give their company full access to my computer just to use the app. I care a lot about my privacy, so I said no and asked for other ways to make it work. Even though I was ready to chat with their agent and figure things out, they wouldn't budge and asked for three times the price they first advertised. And on top of all that, they wouldn't even give me a refund. It's really disappointing to see a company still doing shady stuff like this nowadays. I've decided to take legal action because for me, it's more than just the money, it's about respect and principles when it comes to privacy.
