ComplaintsI gotta say, I was pretty let down as a customer when I bought audio plugins from this company. People were raving about how great they were, but the whole process of getting the license sorted out was a pain. Once I finally got everything set up, I realized that some of the features and designs I had been excited about were just gone. I reached out to customer service for help, but they basically told me tough luck since I already activated the product. To make things worse, the offers they were sending me in the mail were for different plugins than the one I had tested. It was all just a big mess and left me feeling pretty unhappy. If you're thinking about buying from them, I'd be cautious.
