Follow-upI'm really unhappy with the customer service on this language learning platform. I've been trying to cancel my membership since March, but no one has been getting back to me even though I've sent several emails. It's really frustrating that I've been charged for another membership without my permission. It's hard to cancel subscriptions on this platform, which just adds to the frustration of the whole customer experience.
