ServiceI was so let down by my experience with this company. The ordering process was confusing and just plain hard to deal with, and the customer service was pretty much non-existent. I had a bunch of problems trying to set up my account, and when I asked for help, the responses were slow and not helpful at all. The prices seemed okay at first, but with the terrible service, it definitely wasn't worth it. And on top of everything, the service delivery was late, which just left me feeling frustrated and unhappy with how it all went down.
