I got the iPad unlock software from this company thinking it would work on my device with key pass lock code and activation lock. But after I bought and activated it, I figured out that it only works on older devices. They should have told me that before I bought it, not hidden in the fine print. And when I tried to reach out to support for a refund like they promise with their money back guarantee, they didn't answer me at all.

I bought this software thinking I had a lifetime license, but turns out my license isn't being recognized. I've reached out to customer support a bunch of times, did what they said, and gave all my order details, but still haven't heard back or had my problem fixed. This kind of service is not okay, and I was expecting better from a company I trusted.

I just bought the PhoneRescue for IOS program and was really looking forward to recovering some important data on my phone. But when I got the activation details, I couldn't get it to work - it was a major bummer. I tried a bunch of times, but nothing worked. It's been over a day now and the problem still hasn't been fixed, and I haven't gotten a refund either. This whole thing has been frustrating and now I'm starting to question if I got scammed.
