ComplaintsThe data backup service I used worked fine for keeping my chosen data safe at a decent price. But, I just upgraded my system to a 2TB NVME SSD to make it faster. When I tried to switch the service to the new folders, I hit a big roadblock. No matter what I tried, I couldn't move all my old data to the new drive, so I had to spend a lot of time uploading it again. On the other hand, switching my backups over to Amazon Photos was a breeze, showing a big weakness in the service.
