IDrive - Reviews and experiences

I picked up this thing because I needed a backup for my phone and thought it would be handy for my computer too. The app on my phone wasn't the greatest, but the folks on the phone were really friendly and helped me out a bunch. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a backup option that doesn't break the bank. Can't wait to give the photo features a try!

I recently made the switch to a cloud backup service because I really value the importance of keeping all my data safe and secure. I decided to go with IDrive because I heard it's super easy to use and has a lot of great backup features. Although I was a bit disappointed to find out that IDrive doesn't support image-drive for Macs, I was happy to see that I could still back up my Windows desktop. I switched over from iCloud to this other service 'cause iCloud just couldn't handle the bigger files I was trying to upload, even though I had tons of space left. I figured I'd give this new service a shot, and it's been awesome so far. I get 5TB of room for a decent price, and it backs up all the folders I pick to a cloud drive automatically. The customer support has been super helpful, but I was kinda bummed to find out that Mac Time Machine Backups might not jive with their express drive deal.
