the site was clunky, tracking was vague, and contacting support felt like shouting into a maze. Other companies have their quirks too, so I wasn’t shocked — just tired. When the ink actually arrived and the colours came out right, I smiled. Real satisfaction. Then the paperwork and policies reappeared and reminded me why I’m cancelling: apparently once you cancel you lose access to ink you’ve already paid for. Helpful. I tried the phone number they gave after opening a case and got a very polite script reader who couldn't actually engage with the problem. It was frustrating again, and a little sad, because that tiny success of printing a clear photo was overshadowed by the way the service is set up — friction everywhere, and no easy way to get answers in writing. So yeah, I felt satisfied in that exact moment the printer worked, and it was genuine. But it didn’t change the bigger picture: the service is hit or miss, and for me it’s time to look elsewhere.
