Servicemy skin's honestly way better now, so I'm glad I stuck with it. The platform helped me get my routine in order and kept track of meds; I started on doxycycline, then my derm moved me toward Accutane and it worked. The organizers and group chat with my dermatologist made things less confusing — the assistant also sorts out tech glitches and helps with phone calls. Service felt friendly, not rushed. If I had one tip: they'd do better with clearer pricing up front.

ServiceIt actually cleared up my skin more than I expected. I started using the site a few months ago and my first impression was that everything's tidy and easy to follow. I went on doxycycline, then moved up to Accutane, and the whole plan made sense. The organisers keep track for you and the group chat with my dermatologist and her assistant turned out to be really helpful — they fixed tech hiccups, answered dumb questions and even dealt with a tricky phone call for me. Really solid service, would recommend.

Servicequick replies, fixed a small billing hiccup and actually followed up. Skin results have been noticeable — people keep commenting, which feels nice — and overall it's been life-changing. If I have a gripe, it's that the pricing could be more transparent up front. Would recommend to someone willing to ask questions; it helped me and I'm grateful.

ServiceI’ll shop with Honeydew again, even though I was cautious at first. I first spotted them on Instagram and then a neighbour tipped me to give them a try. Customer service is the real deal. They answered fast, were patient with my questions, and stuck with us until everything was sorted — my daughter felt looked after the whole time. At first I thought it might be just friendly scripts, but it wasn’t. They actually cared. Small quibbles: ordering was a little clunky on mobile and prices felt a touch high for some items, but service made up for it. I called once and chatted online another time, both were fine. In the end I left more impressed than I expected. Not perfect. Still, honest and reliable enough that I’ll recommend them to friends.
