Honeydew - Reviews and experiences

I’ll shop with Honeydew again, even though I was cautious at first. I first spotted them on Instagram and then a neighbour tipped me to give them a try. Customer service is the real deal. They answered fast, were patient with my questions, and stuck with us until everything was sorted — my daughter felt looked after the whole time. At first I thought it might be just friendly scripts, but it wasn’t. They actually cared. Small quibbles: ordering was a little clunky on mobile and prices felt a touch high for some items, but service made up for it. I called once and chatted online another time, both were fine. In the end I left more impressed than I expected. Not perfect. Still, honest and reliable enough that I’ll recommend them to friends.
