Qualitywhat the creams feel like (light, not greasy), how often to use them, and little practical things—pat skin dry, don't over-apply—that actually made a difference. The in-person part was calm, they let me try textures, and she checked my comfort the whole time. Booking had a couple small hiccups and the cost is higher than drugstore stuff, but the follow-up texts and clear instructions kept me on track. So yeah, mild gripes, but mostly relieved and grateful it helped.
