Follow-upHalfway through a rough week my daughter was still waking up every hour and I’d had enough — needed something to help her sleep (and my aching lower back from moving day). I ordered from Honeydew and honestly, the stand-out thing was the follow-up. The person I talked to didn’t rush me, actually listened, and kept checking in until we’d tweaked things so it worked for her. That small extra call made more difference than I expected — kind of surprising, really. The product did help her sleep deeper and my back felt better too. A couple tiny hiccups with the packaging but nothing major. Price felt fair, delivery was on time, and the support made me trust the brand enough to buy again.

ServiceI’ll shop with Honeydew again, even though I was cautious at first. I first spotted them on Instagram and then a neighbour tipped me to give them a try. Customer service is the real deal. They answered fast, were patient with my questions, and stuck with us until everything was sorted — my daughter felt looked after the whole time. At first I thought it might be just friendly scripts, but it wasn’t. They actually cared. Small quibbles: ordering was a little clunky on mobile and prices felt a touch high for some items, but service made up for it. I called once and chatted online another time, both were fine. In the end I left more impressed than I expected. Not perfect. Still, honest and reliable enough that I’ll recommend them to friends.

Qualitywhat the creams feel like (light, not greasy), how often to use them, and little practical things—pat skin dry, don't over-apply—that actually made a difference. The in-person part was calm, they let me try textures, and she checked my comfort the whole time. Booking had a couple small hiccups and the cost is higher than drugstore stuff, but the follow-up texts and clear instructions kept me on track. So yeah, mild gripes, but mostly relieved and grateful it helped.
