App & PortalI am so bummed about this expensive device I bought recently. It was a pain to set up and it kept losing connection to the app. Even after trying everything, it never worked right like they said it would. I feel like I wasted my money on something that doesn't even work. The people who made this device need to step up their game and make it easier to use. I know a thing or two about tech, but this thing was just too difficult to figure out.
