ComplaintsI recently bought a design book from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing. First off, the ordering process was kind of confusing and the website layout was not easy to use, so it was hard for me to find what I wanted. Plus, the customer service wasn't great - slow responses and not very helpful answers to my questions. On top of that, the prices were a bit high compared to similar stuff from other companies. And to make matters worse, the delivery took longer than I expected, which was super annoying since I needed the book for a project. All in all, I wasn't impressed and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
