Nice metal, wrong fit
Nice metal, wrong fit
ComplaintsA rainy afternoon and a link from a buddy started this. He recommended it, said it fit his rig. I ordered and it arrived after about a week. It sat on the bench until a sunny weekend. The piece itself felt nice — decent heft, clean welds, no weird burrs. But install? The bolt holes don't meet the block. A couple of centimetres off, which is maddening. I bought it for my exact engine code. Took it to my local shop just to be sure; they confirmed the flange was out. Returns are only for unopened parts, so I'm left holding a heavy paperweight. Bit of a waste. I'm annoyed more than angry. I'll tell friends to be careful. Good material, bad measurements. Not ordering from them again. Wish they'd checked specs better already.
