TimingI wasn't expecting to start with a compliment, but here goes. The parcel took a bit longer than I hoped, and I nearly panicked — had some bad runs with other companies before, so I'm picky now. Customer service actually answered the email within a day and explained the hold-up, they were calm and honest, which helped. Delivery arrived a day late but everything was intact, so that's a relief. Prices are okay, not the cheapest, but fair for how they handled the follow-up. Would like faster shipping and clearer updates, but glad it worked out. I'm actually thankful they cared and didn't just ignore me like some places do.
