Late but handled well

Timing

I wasn't expecting to start with a compliment, but here goes. The parcel took a bit longer than I hoped, and I nearly panicked — had some bad runs with other companies before, so I'm picky now. Customer service actually answered the email within a day and explained the hold-up, they were calm and honest, which helped. Delivery arrived a day late but everything was intact, so that's a relief. Prices are okay, not the cheapest, but fair for how they handled the follow-up. Would like faster shipping and clearer updates, but glad it worked out. I'm actually thankful they cared and didn't just ignore me like some places do.

Still waiting on a small win

Communication

I was already checking my bank feed every morning, so this is not new — I had doubts before even playing because the site looked like one of those sketchy bingo pages and their “license pending” line made me pause. I needed a small payout to cover a utility bill after a move, so I thought I’d risk a modest play. Won US$109, withdrawal was approved a week ago, and since then nothing. No deposit, no emails, no automated reply from support, nothing. I kept expecting at least a ticket number or an update, and when I dug around the site the footer about Tycheros and a pending Isle of Man licence didn’t reassure me. Other reviews mentioned people waiting 30–90 days for similar amounts, so my initial scepticism is coming true. The media on the site felt like staged ads, which didn’t help. Emotionally, it’s just annoying more than furious — I’ll wait a bit longer but I won’t transfer or bet bigger sums here. If you’re short on cash, I’d think twice.

Finally got paid, just not the smoothest ride

Communication

keep all your paperwork handy, follow up often, and ask your bank to watch for the transfer. I’d also like clearer updates from the organiser — an automated status would’ve saved a lot of stress. Not perfect, but it worked in the end, so I’m relieved and a bit wary for next time.

Odd gap between win and payout

Follow-up

There’s a strange pause between being told you won and actually getting the money — that’s been my experience. I first saw the draw on Instagram and even tipped my sister about it, so I was pretty invested. They originally said the cash would show up the second week of December, then Instagram support pushed it to the end of December, and now… nothing. The 90 working days window has passed. I called, emailed, messaged on Instagram — messages get seen, no proper replies. Delivery here means the funds transfer, and that’s where it’s failing; the platform itself works fine otherwise (draws, account pages, all that), but the payout process and follow-up are flaky. Customer service has been painfully slow and a bit dismissive — you get read receipts but no follow-through. I’m asking for a clear, final timeline and the transfer; don’t need apologies, just action. Not perfect, still usable for playing, but if you care about prompt payouts and decent communication, there’s room for improvement.

The kitchen-table moment

Communication

satisfied that I’d finally stopped being gullible and figured out what was going on. I felt a bit relieved, kind of annoyed, and—okay—amused too, because some of the clips were so obviously staged it was almost laughable. So I shut the app, messaged their support (no reply), and spent an hour warning a few friends who used to play. It’s no heroic exposé, just a normal-person moment when you go from wondering to knowing. It won’t ruin your day, but if you play this kind of thing for a laugh like I did, do your homework first. You’ll feel a lot better when you realise you caught it yourself.
