Communicationshipped with FedEx but left at a neighbour's without telling me. Support shrugged it off, said it's FedEx's problem. Annoying and makes me hesitant to order again.

CommunicationI booked them two weeks ago when a leak started and they showed up, diagnosed the issue quickly. Paid a $125 service fee that was supposed to go toward repairs. After that communication fell apart — no return calls, I had to chase every day. Eventually got an invoice with a higher repair price than quoted. Felt annoyed and wary of using them again.
