I’m glad the faucet works now, but I wouldn’t go through that again. A few weeks ago I ordered a Hansgrohe 4-hole Roman tub set — big ticket, roughly $1,200 — and the install was mostly ready when my plumber noticed the diverter cartridge was missing. It wasn’t packed with the other bits, just rattling in the box like it had been returned before. Boxes looked new though, so who knows. Customer support answered, which was nice, but they basically shrugged and told me to call Hansgrohe. Hansgrohe then says they won’t honour warranty because the seller isn’t an authorized retailer — something that wasn’t on the seller’s site. Ended up buying the $60 part myself and scheduling another plumber visit, probably another $300 on top of the original $800 install. So yeah, product itself is fine once whole, but the hassle and extra costs made it frustrating. Not a disaster, but definitely avoidable and annoying.

shipped with FedEx but left at a neighbour's without telling me. Support shrugged it off, said it's FedEx's problem. Annoying and makes me hesitant to order again.

I booked them two weeks ago when a leak started and they showed up, diagnosed the issue quickly. Paid a $125 service fee that was supposed to go toward repairs. After that communication fell apart — no return calls, I had to chase every day. Eventually got an invoice with a higher repair price than quoted. Felt annoyed and wary of using them again.
