ServiceI started a chat and an AI agent actually stuck with me through the mess, suggesting filters, producing small PowerShell snippets and guiding me through the weird folders and file fragments. A human rep followed up too, which mattered. In short, they delivered on help — not just canned replies but actual guidance that let me pull back the files I needed. My main hang-up is the price; it felt high, like you could buy a used mid-range laptop or a 2 TB drive for less. Still, I’m relieved I recovered my data and a bit impressed by the service delivery. I’d use them again, mainly because of that hands-on support.
