Moment I relaxed
Moment I relaxed
Servicereliable support. Short, no fuss, fixed in minutes. If you can, keep their chat handy; it saved me a headache. Pretty relieved, actually. Worth recommending and honest.

ServiceShe absolutely saved the day — couldn't have asked for better help. Walked me through a messy software issue, super patient and explained stuff in plain words, even drew a quick sketch in the chat, weird but helpful. I almost switched products after other companies shrugged me off, so this was a nice surprise. Stayed upbeat the whole time, hung in there until it worked.

PriceI needed something fast for a big move — bad lower back and the last movers had overcharged me — so I tried this app. At first I was skeptical, really; it advertised 'free' but then asked for payment, which felt shady. Still, the moment I realized my back wasn't killing me while we shifted the sofa, I relaxed. The tool did the heavy lifting it promised. Support sorted a confusing billing line when I asked, so yeah, mixed feelings, but mostly relief and I’d use it again.

Follow-upsome decent diagnostics, but poor follow-through and no recovered data — and I still feel a bit annoyed.

ServiceI started a chat and an AI agent actually stuck with me through the mess, suggesting filters, producing small PowerShell snippets and guiding me through the weird folders and file fragments. A human rep followed up too, which mattered. In short, they delivered on help — not just canned replies but actual guidance that let me pull back the files I needed. My main hang-up is the price; it felt high, like you could buy a used mid-range laptop or a 2 TB drive for less. Still, I’m relieved I recovered my data and a bit impressed by the service delivery. I’d use them again, mainly because of that hands-on support.

ComplaintsI first saw the offer as a banner while I was browsing one evening and, impulsively, bought the program — told a coworker about it too because it seemed handy for a small project. My card got charged immediately, but there was no activation, no usable download, just silence. Support (via 2Checkout) asked for extra proof, so I uploaded my photo ID and a bank statement page that shows my full name and the transaction details. They replied that it wasn’t sufficient. I asked for a full refund and I’m still waiting. Feels odd — my bank can see the debit, the software can’t. Bit of a mess.
