ReliabilityThe site's concept is awesome because it gives a cheaper way to get meds without insurance. The nurse practitioner I talked to was super helpful and gave me great suggestions for my treatment plan. But I had some trouble finding the meds at pharmacies and getting my prescriptions filled. Customer service wasn't very quick and most of the communication was through email. In the end, the whole process took longer than I thought and I had to put in some effort to fix things on my own.
