My experience with the streaming service was disappointing, to be honest. I thought cancelling my subscription would be easy, but it turned out to be a hassle. They said I needed to give a 30-day notice before cancelling, meaning I would still get charged for those extra days. And when I tried to remove my card details and cancel online, it was so frustrating. The only options given were to call customer service or chat online, but they both tried to convince me to stay by offering discounts. The pressure tactic they used didn't sit well with me, and I'd advise others to avoid this service. Overall, it was a negative experience and I won't be using it again in the future.

I was really pumped to watch the latest fight, eh, but then it got complicated, ya know? I had to sign up for a month and fork over $21.99, thinking I could just cancel online whenever. It's just not right that if you want to watch a PPV show, you gotta sign up for a "Free" subscription that's tough to cancel. Feels like they're trying to keep you longer than you planned. And when you try to cancel online, it's like a maze that you're stuck in unless you talk to a real person. Such a waste of time and money, would be great if they'd just let us pay for what we want to watch without all the extra trouble.
