ComplaintsI just invested in cryptocurrency through this bank, and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how it all went down. The whole process of placing the order was a bit confusing, and the customer service wasn't all that helpful or quick in getting back to me with my questions. Plus, the prices seemed a bit steep compared to other places, and my investment took longer to get to me than I thought, which just added to my stress levels.
