Complaintsit took me longer to stop a subscription than to sign up. I spent hours on the phone, five calls, around two and a half hours total, and still woke up to a charge for renewal. Emails were either ignored or gave the same generic reply each time. That was frustrating. Eventually, after I pushed, sent proof and kept nagging, they refunded the November charge — not ideal, but at least it wasn't stuck forever. I have dealt with worse customer service at other companies, so I wasn't totally shocked, but this felt sloppy. The real pain was the cancellation process; it's tacked on extra minutes and made me waste a weekend. I'm relieved it got resolved and grateful it didn't end up costing me more. If you're thinking of signing up, be cautious and make sure you keep screenshots and receipts handy.
