I'm really happy with the webinar software because it has all the necessary features to run several webinars smoothly. Sending out replays automatically after a live event is done is a great add-on. And the chat support team is always helpful whenever I run into any issues.

We really depend on online communication for our organization, and ClickMeeting has gone above and beyond for us. From how easy it is to log in to the seamless running of meetings, the range of features like the whiteboard, virtual rooms, presentations, screen sharing, setting up Q&A sessions, recording meetings, and quickly uploading them to social media platforms have all been so valuable. Using ClickMeeting has really improved our online workflow and made our virtual meetings much more efficient and engaging.

The online meeting platform has some pretty cool automation features, like sending out notifications to users automatically. However, it could use some work when it comes to letting users choose speakers for a more polished and professional vibe. Also, the certificate issuance feature needs a bit of an upgrade - the current template seems a bit old-fashioned. It would be really helpful if we could upload our own custom templates in PNG or JPG format.

But, there are a few things that could use some tweaking, like sorting out which fields you really need for people to register. Do we really need both "Name" and "Last Name"? Seems a bit redundant! All in all, the platform is solid and it's obvious the team is committed to making it even better.
