ComplaintsThis company was a complete disaster. I ordered a memorial gift for a friend almost a month ago, and it didn't show up when they said it would. Plus, they hardly ever communicated with me. They said they'd send a new one, but that never happened. I had to ask for my money back, but they took forever to process it. And when the product did arrive, it was cheap and nothing like I thought it would be. Don't bother with this company - it's not worth the trouble.
