I just tried to buy a shoutout from UFC fighter Dan Hooker, but it ended up being a big letdown. I paid for the shoutout, eagerly waited, and then got my money back a few days later with a note to try again. It was really annoying and disappointing. If a company can't even handle a simple request like this, I'm not interested in giving them another shot. It's just a waste of my time and patience. Bottom line, I was really unhappy with my experience on this platform and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

I've asked the singer 8 times to make a video, but it never happened! I'm so disappointed because it wasn't done in time, and they didn't even bother to respond when I asked for help. Not cool at all!
