Man, that was the worst! It was a total scam - no one even contacted me and I didn't even get what I paid for. It's so bad, they should take it off the app store. Don't bother using it.

I had a really bad experience with the subscription service from this company. The customer service is terrible, they never respond on purpose when I reach out. It's so frustrating because this lack of communication leads to my contracts expiring and money being taken because of expired credit cards. It feels like they don't care about their customers and are just keeping our money. Even though it may be in the fine print of the contract, this whole thing feels like they're stealing from us.

I bought a bunch of stuff from this site not too long ago, but ran into some issues. All my requests ended up expired or canceled, even though they said I wouldn't be charged if I didn't get the items. But guess what? Charges still showed up on my bank statement. And instead of giving me a refund like I asked, they just put credits in my account. On top of that, the website said to request refunds through a different platform, but that didn't work for me - Apple denied my requests. Now I'm hoping the company can just give me a manual refund like they're supposed to.

My experience with this online store was awful. I couldn't believe they took my money and didn't even send me what I ordered. It's so wrong for a business to do that. No wonder people end up feeling ripped off and angry with this company. I hope others are careful and don't get scammed by them.
