I am so thrilled with the awesome video I received for my wife's birthday! It was personalized and Jake Canuso sent it, and he did such a fantastic job staying in character throughout. My wife is going to love it, and I am so happy with how it all came together. I just wish I could thank him in person for making her day so great. It was exactly what I wanted, and the quality was top-notch.

I gotta tell ya, my experience with this platform was super frustrating. I thought I'd give it a shot 'cause I heard about all those awesome videos people were getting from celebrities. But every time I ordered a video, it was a big letdown. First off, the celebrity got my name wrong in the video, which was a huge bummer. Then, even though I clearly told them what I wanted them to say, they didn't mention anything I asked for. And to top it off, when my daughter wanted me to get a roasting video with the free 7-day delivery, they cancelled it out of the blue on the 3rd day, when I still had 4 days left. I was totally disappointed and ticked off, 'specially 'cause I can't afford to waste money like that on my part-time job. Needless to say, I ain't gonna use this platform again for any future videos.

I ordered a birthday video gift for my son and picked a famous actor from a popular TV show. The video came in the mail a week later and it was so funny and personalized, even better than I hoped. I was so happy with the great quality of the video and my son really enjoyed it. I read some bad reviews on the internet, but my own experience was mostly good. Even though it took a while to arrive, I would for sure use this service again for other special events.
