App & PortalI freaked because the app showed 'delivered' but my porch was empty. I first spotted the item on the app sale and told my roommate, so I had to sort it. The rep got back to me right away, sent a direct tracking link and that’s when I relaxed — the scans matched and it showed up on time. Small glitch with the app, but service saved it.
