The rep got back to me right away, sent a direct tracking link and that’s when I relaxed — the scans matched and it showed up on time. Small glitch with the app, but service saved it.

one strap took a day to settle, like it needed to loosen into place, but after that it was perfect. I’ve since replaced most of my old bras and undies with theirs, and honestly they’re some of the comfiest pieces I own now.
