OverallI was so excited to try out the adventure tracking tool from this company, hoping it would make my outdoor experiences even better. But man, the ordering process was a disaster. The website was super clunky, and I had such a hard time finding what I needed. It felt like a big ol' wild goose chase just to buy something. When I finally got my order in, I thought things would get smoother, but nope. The service was meh. It took forever to hear back about my questions, and when I did, it wasn't very helpful. The prices were high compared to other stuff out there, too. And let's not even talk about the delivery. It felt like ages waiting for my package. Overall, it was a big letdown, and I don't plan on coming back for more.
