Bellhop - Reviews and experiences

I used a moving company recently and I gotta say, the crew was top-notch. They showed up on time, had everything under control, and were super careful with my stuff and the space. Next time I move, Bellhop is definitely who I'm calling. But, I gotta admit, they called a bit too much. It got pretty annoying, so I'm hoping they can chill out on the calls next time.

The movers showed up on time and were really careful with our stuff, which I was grateful for. But I wasn't too pleased with the concierge service constantly sending me messages I didn't want. Even after I told them I didn't need their help, they kept bugging me, and it felt like spam. It's just not right to keep bothering a customer about something they already said no to, especially during a busy and stressful time like moving.

The folks who helped me move were really great. They were quick, took good care of my stuff, and were super friendly. But then, I got so many emails, texts, and calls from the company trying to sell me more stuff or give me discounts. It was annoying and totally unnecessary. When I pay for a service, I just want to be left alone and not bothered with more sales pitches.
