ServiceThat was a terrible experience! I was trying to buy a blanket with a gift card I got, but the company messed up big time. They wouldn't accept the gift card, for no good reason, and when I tried to get help, they ignored me. It's so annoying to deal with such bad customer service from a company that avoids talking to you. And not having a phone number to call just makes it all seem sketchy. I feel like I got ripped off by this company and I wouldn't suggest anyone else to do business with them.
