ReliabilityI bought a blanket for a friend's birthday, but it never showed up. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help at all and wouldn't give me any answers. I had to go through the trouble of filing a chargeback with my credit card company. It was really disappointing and annoying. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
