ComplaintsI spotted the roll-up at a colleague's trade show booth and liked it, so I ordered one online. The stand itself is sturdy and did the job — happy about that. Trouble was the separate "leather-look" carry bag I bought; it had this awful, almost fertilizer-y smell and I ended up tossing it. Also, the listing didn’t make it clear that a simple fabric bag is actually included, so I paid for an extra one unnecessarily. Annoying, but overall the banner worked and I’m relieved it wasn't worse.

Complaintsthey came without any straps or ties so I couldn't fasten them properly at the show. Tracking and pickup info didn't match what staff told me, so delivery dragged. Wish they'd include simple ties and be honest about timelines.

The HR team keeps making false promises and never actually helps with anything. I've been trying to get my things since January and they just keep ignoring me!
